Panmure Stone Cottage

On Tuesday Room Five and I went to the cottage. I was really excited to go there. I walked quickly to the cottage. When we arrived there, we split up to groups because the cottage was small. I was excited to hear what group I was in.

When I was inside there was lots of cool things. The dolls were scary because the eyes were black and the steep stairs were scary too.

We asked lots of questions and talked about the past. I saw lots of interesting things like the volcanic bomb from Mt.Wellington hundreds years ago. The potty they need to go do their business in the middle of the night, the old washing machine that you have to pull the lever up and down to work and the dress that baby’s have to wear until they are three. Even the boys have to wear a dress.

Then Room Six came so we had to go back to school. It was Really fun at the cottage.
